We collect your personal information only for the purposes of administering your benefits under the Plan, including the determination of eligibility, the payment of benefits, and for routine activities such as audit, record-keeping, and reporting. In addition, your employment history may be shared with your Local Union(s) for the purpose of monitoring the contributions required to be made under the terms of the Collective Agreement.

We obtain your knowledgeable consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, except where inappropriate.

We limit our collection of your personal information to that which is necessary for the purposes we have identified, and we collect your personal information by fair and lawful means.

This website is owned and operated by Benefit Plan Administrators Limited ("BPA'). BPA is based in Ontario, Canada. Our principal activity is third party administration of our clients' trust funds. At BPA we recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide and how we treat that information. Modern information and communication technologies play a fundamental role in the activities of an organisation like ours. Our Website Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. We may update the Policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally.

This Website Privacy Policy is created to let users understand how and when we gather data through this website. Users are able to access our site without disclosing your Personal Data. You can visit our sites without telling us who you are or revealing information about yourself.
